How is my canvas packaged for delivery?
Every canvas is wrapped in protective bubble wrap, placed in a custom-fit cardboard box with corner protectors, and sealed to prevent any damage during transit.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver to all provinces across South Africa — from Cape Town to Limpopo. Remote areas may take 1–2 extra business days.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your canvas is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
We stand behind our quality. If your canvas arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement — no questions asked.
How long does production take before shipping?
